Great atmosphere! Great hosts! Great hockey watching! Yummy wings and fun to be out with fiercely proud and friendly Habs fans.
MoreIf you love the Montreal canadiens. You would love to come here and watch the games. But get there early because seats are limited. Friendly staff great place to hang out. Always a good time game or no game. Cheers
MoreVery cool spot on Bloor Street. Super friendly service, beers on tap and solid pub food
MoreKilgour's has been my favourite spot in "The Annex" for ages - I pop in almost every time I'm in Toronto. The owners and staff are super friendly, they have a nice selection of draft beers and their breakfasts, cheeseburgers, and fries always hit the spot. If the weather's nice - you can enjoy their patio. The atmosphere is relaxed and neighbourly. It's also easy to get to by public transit - a short walk along Bloor Street from either the Bathurst or Spadina TTC subway stations.
MoreOne of my favourite restaurants! Good beer on tap, fantastic nachos and wings, and my go-to for brunch! Family run with a great patio for people-watching in the Annex. Also, THE place to watch a Montreal Canadiens game in Toronto.
MoreAs a frequent outer AVOID THIS PLACE Tried to make me pay for food they said was free then told me they dont care about a 10$order We waited close to an hour and 30 minutes for a plate of really unappetizing foodThe waitress made things VERY uncomfortableAnd mentioned she doesnt care about her job.HIT UP FUTURE BISTRO OR CRAFTY COYOTE They care about all there customers!
MoreGreat service. Good food. Wine selection needs an upgrade
I love this place I have to see it's one of my favorite spots to have drinks and eat. The staff are so super friendly and fast even when it's busy. The vibe is very nice chill and relax. I like the different beers and that they are locally brewed. Wide selection of beer and the fries are totally awesome. Very generous portions. I will be back again for sure when I travel to toronto. The prices are amazing for the quality of beer and food. Two thumbs up.
MoreExcellent service, music and food!
Best poutine in TO. Plays only Habs games (Fr) Craft beer.
Toronto would be a lot cooler if every bar was like this one
I donβt understand why I have to argue over a salad. I ended up cancelling my salad after asking for a new one. The calamari was placed on top of my salad and they looked dry and unseasoned. I took a bite and the calamari was bland and just tasted of oil. The salad was covered in way too much feta and drenched in salad dressing. The waiter was walking away as I was asking to cancel the salad because I really didnβt want to get a new one. Disappointed at the attitude of the server and chef. This felt like I was in an episode of hellβs kitchen. My friends poutine was greasy overpriced, and nonetheless mediocre. I would never come here again. Just get a drink here if anything because thatβs the only thing that was done right.
MoreGreat place! The customer service is wonderful and the atmosphere is very welcoming.
MoreTotally unexpected... Looks like nothing from outside, but the food and service is really good. Nostalgic is what comes to mind. Absolutely love the place!
MoreAwesome place. Good food and friendly staff.
Comfortable, casual atmosphere with well above average food and service for a neighborhood pub. Their various eggs Benedict are excellent and all ingredients are fresh. There is a reason they have been around for over 20 years.
MoreGo Habs go. Only place to play the games right in this city of heathens. Good wings and cold beer.
MoreGood service and good food. Maybe the best chicken wings in the city.
My favorite brunch spot, great staff and good food
Good amount of beers on tap. Is a Habs bar if you are into hockey. Poutine was great and fast. Service was quick. Staff and service is fantastic and I really enjoy myself every time I go here.
MoreAlways a good time. Never a bad time. As I recall.
Its not the classiest joint in town, but it's honestly one of my favorite spots for brunch. Great patio. And genuinely nice staff. If Montreal Canadiens make it to the playoffs, watch a game here.
MoreNever a lineup for weekend brunch, yet great food St a good price. Not noisy, nice staff and good location. I like the photo collages on the tables. I once spotted some friends on one.
MoreGreat food and drinks, excellent bar staff and enough Habs memorabilia to make a your head spin!
MoreHonestly, best wings in the city. Suicide wings are actually spicy. Not consumer spicy. Maybe best wings of my life
MoreGreat spot to watch the #Habs in Toronto. It's full of Montreal Canadiens memorabilia, the beer is reasonably priced, and the atmosphere is laid back. They serve huge Capone wings, which are well worth the trip if you're into chicken wings. I didn't try the smoked meat but the table next to mine really enjoyed theirs.#caponewings #MontrealCanadiens #smokedmeat
MoreThe bartender handled a rude and unruly patron with a level of firmness and tact that I've rarely seen in all my years. Absolute class act. Oh, also, the food was tasty and the beer is beer.
MoreGreat place to watch a Habs game!
Nice enough staff. Very mediocre food prepCould be a decent,''local'
Friendly staff, great pub food, reasonably priced wine and beer.
Warm and cozy atmosphere! Friendly staff! Nice bar food and drinks, overall good quality for the price.Fish and chips, was fresh and tests like nice home made food!
MoreNot a big place but full of character. Probably one of the only Canadiens bars in all of Toronto, if you wanna catch a Habs game, you should try and get there early because they fill up quick. The food is standard bar fare, with small twists to make it unique, and plenty of Ontario Craft Beer on tap. Would definitely go again, and hope the Habs win this time
MoreThe food was good. No complaints there seeing this is a bar and they serve bar food. The staff where friendly and polite. The inside space was cozy. This is a very stereotype bar. The only concern was the speed of the food, there didn't seem to be much traffic on a Tuesday afternoon noon but it took an hour for the food to be brought to our table.
Morefun, casual, laid-back bar. staff are super friendly. good movies or sports always playing on the TVs. Went twice on a weekend trip to Toronto, wish we could have gone more. Will definitely return on subsequent visits to the city.
MoreGreat atmosphere and excellent beers
Best place in Toronto to see a habs game hands down πππI recommended this place to see a habs game I know the owner and waiter Steve they are the best people around ππ
MoreI love this place. My buddies and I come here for a pre pint or a post pint, crowd is always friendly and in good spirits. Not too many laid back, down to earth, unpretentious bars left in Toronto, hereβs hoping Kilgours sticks around.
MoreMy first time at Kilgour's. I decided to go after reading a few online reviews. π I had breakfast and it was excellent.Had it with hot tea. It was a touch expensive but well worth it.The place has great atmosphere. Lots of hockey memorabilia. The seating is a little tight but it's a nice place. There's also a nice patio for warm weather.
MoreNice little bar. Downside: no beer on tap
Super friendly stuff and yummy wings
Went here to get food with my girlfriend, waited 40 minutes to get soggy Machos and after mentioning the fact they started making a new one. Took another 30 minutes, after which we hadn't gotten our food, so we decoded to just pay for our drinks and leave, but they tell us the Nachos will be free.So everything goes well, but when we ask for the check, there's nachos on it. After being confronted about lying to our faces the waitress said she had 3 jobs and didn't care about this place as well as she doesn't care about us.It rally paints a picture of what kind of service/standards you can expect from this place.Stay away
MoreVery welcoming space. I wish the beer was better. Food is terrible for you but pretty tasty for the most part. The crowd is friendly and the staff make all feel welcome. so it's a nice place to go even if it's not really up to the best standard of food and drink
MoreAt kilgour's right now it's the Habs vs. Leafs and the atmosphere is electric. The food is good and the staff are friendly and courteous. This is my first visit but not my last.
MoreMy wings were so salty I think all the moisture was sucked out of my body which opened up a black hole into another dimension where only sodium exists... This place definitely needs a revamp, this is a legit dive bar now. Don't let another staple in the neighbourhood die.
MoreGreat atmosphere, friendly staff (even if you're a leaf fan), and great food! Great place to watch the hockey game!
MoreGreat service from this friendly and cozy establishment. A Montreal Canadiens oasis in the heart of Leaf land.
MoreService was top notch. Food was great. Decor was definitely tavern style. Nothing fancy but the service made up for it. Prices were reasonable.
MoreIf you're a habs fan living in Toronto this place is a must to go and watch a game. Welcoming staff that's very friendly and attentive, great selection of beers at a great price and the wings are a must
MoreI've never had a worst customer experience in my life. It's actually become somewhat of a meme amongst friends and locals. Whenever someone asks about the area we all just say "don't go to Kilgours". I'm actually pretty impressed with how much that grew lately. Dont treat your customers like dirt.
MoreNice homey bar to get drinks at. Service was quick and efficient. Although there is a smaller selection of beers available if compared to other bars in the area. Had an order of fries and it was average.
